This overlook is one of my favorite dispersed camping areas in Colorado. Great views of the lake all around with plenty of level ground and shade. Good spacing between sites and they’re all pretty easily accessible. Super great for day use as well.
Great views and right off the main road you can get here by car. There's also good cell phone service which is nice to have as well and there's a small town not that far away
There are a number of primitive campsites on this quiet mountainside overlooking the lakes. Quiet spot with stunning views!
