Now called: SOJOURN SUITES Beautifully renovated. Big spacious rooms that are clean and have a nice vibe to them. Nice bathrooms, the little amenities that are provided are decent quality. Not terrible, anyway. weight room. Vending machines (drinks only- i think) / ice machines on every floor. Entrance/common area is huge with brilliant chandeliers of dangling white glass leaves, Lots of seating, bar/stools with coffee. Decent staff that basically keep to themselves GREAT PRICE. $100 deposit. 11pm FIRM check out time

This place is under construction. The jacuzzi doesn't work. The hallways are not only dusty, they are filled with workers stomping outside your door, slamming doors, stomping up stairs, banging on the walls. None of this was disclosed before I made my reservation!

**Disappointed Before We Even Checked In — Poor Service at the Front Desk** After a long and exhausting day, my husband and I arrived at the hotel hoping for a smooth check-in and a little support. I asked a simple question—whether they had a business center—and was met with rudeness from both the front desk staff and the security guard. The guard clearly didn’t want to engage, likely because the woman behind the desk was already being dismissive. He told me to go inside and ask her directly. When I did, she curtly said they don’t have a business center. No offer of a courtesy print, no mention of concierge services, no effort to help or redirect me to alternatives. Just cold indifference. For a hospitality business, that kind of treatment is unacceptable. We left and decided to stay so

Shoutout to my guy Rick! Absolutely saved me last minute after another hotel messed up my reservation. Great guy and great customer service. Room was huge and clean! Love it

Absolutely terrible experience. We booked this hotel because it was clearly listed as “pet-friendly,” yet upon arrival we were told they do not accept cats. There was NO mention of this anywhere in the hotel’s description. My husband even offered to leave a deposit and cover any possible damages, but the staff flat-out refused to make any exceptions. Now, instead of enjoying our vacation, we are wasting precious time canceling this booking and desperately searching for another place to stay. This was not only a huge inconvenience, but also a complete disregard for guests’ time and plans. Avoid this place if you value your vacation.
