Sheraton Suites Market Center Dallas

I highly recommend this hotel. I recently stayed here for four weeks and had a great experience. The staff was consistently friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant service was excellent. The fitness room was adequate, and the laundry room was convenient and easy to use. While the property is slightly outdated, the outstanding service more than made up for it. The air-conditioning system worked well, with a continuous fan and fully functional heating and cooling options. A special thank you to the amazing staff—especially during the ice storm, when employees stayed at the hotel to care for the residents. Truly exceptional service.

First off- the staff was wonderful!!!!! Especially the woman that was there as I checked in and out! Such a genuine and kind human!!!!!!!! Stay was good. Room was ok- there was a light out in the bathroom mirror which made it difficult to see when putting on makeup, but it wasn’t terrible. I did find a few small ants on the wall near the bar. I was on the 10th floor so it was unexpected to see especially when I didn’t have food in my room. I did have a great view and the shower was wonderful! I love good water pressure. I liked that there was no carpet. You can tell updates were done but some were just cover ups- so a little messy. But over all very nice stay. Had a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom and it was reallyExcellent for our needs. The pool was great. The food was great. The staff were excellent and accommodating to any requests. Location not for from town and heaps of attractions nearby. I typically uber to get around was $20 to $30 USD. We really enjoyed our stay. Dallas is huge so if you don’t have a car expect to pay this for an uber. Comfortable rooms and meet all expectations.

This was a nice place to stay. Good parking. The people working the service desk were excellent and very polite. Lobby looked great. Eating area looked great. Our room was nice with a balcony, very spacious, comfortable bed. We especially liked an attendant name Andrew or Antonio I believe either way you will know him when you see him looks like a Teddy Bear and super friendly and informative about the Dallas area. We will come back when we need another overnight stay.

The room was spacious and well laid out. - The king size bed was comfortable. - The restroom was big and shower had good water pressure. - The room had a separate seating area. - The furnishings were a bit rundown. - we weren't completely satisfied with the cleanliness. I found big hair inside "unused" coffee cup lid. The coffee maker wasn't clean either. There was lots of dust and small debris inside the water reservoir. Hotel staff were nice and the quality of food in the hotel's restaurant was good.
