Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel

This hotel was a disappointment. I was here for a conference. The first three days the room never got under 79 degrees. It was so hot that sleeping was almost impossible. We called every day to have it taken care of and we’re constantly told they’d send someone. They never did. They couldn't move us we they had no other rooms. On the third day it was registering over 80. They finally said they could move us since some of the conference attendees had left. The second room was much better temperature wise but not an ounce of soap anywhere. Two shampoos in the shower and one conditioner. No bar soap either. Crazy. The staff was ok. They’d smile on occasion but the language barrier was intense. Some spoke zero English and barely understood what we were trying to say or ask them. Very poor cust

Great price for the room. Rooms pretty standard. Always blowing heat and hot water showers for the cold weather. Everytime I am here there is something fun happening by the locals. Think gatherings of various types. Indoor pool and now 2 gyms. And for breakfast let Izabela or Kinga take very good care of you.

Positive: Staff was helpful, friendly and a great bunch of people that chitchat with. Negative: The parking lot could be fixed up and attended to, but most important of all, get some new flags. Especially a Sheraton flag. It does not reflect the hotel or the quality that Marriott offers. These are the simple things that are needed.

Great staff! Just always busy and always has kids from tournaments or some convention going on so it can be loud. Good food around the hotel but prices at the hotel for any meal is very expensive. Also if it's not the heater that is the problem then it's the tv or the remote it the fridge in the room that is a problem. The place is so big that calling to the front desk makes it difficult to get a quick response.

I had a pleasant experience at the Club Lounge of the Sheraton Milwaukee Brookfield Hotel. The staff working in the lounge were very helpful and attentive during my visit. The warm and friendly service made the atmosphere feel comfortable and welcoming. I am pretty sure that I will visit the place again in the coming week.
