Holiday Inn Express & Suites Milwaukee - Brookfield by IHG

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had the absolute best hotel experience I’ve ever had staying here. The hotel itself was spotless from top to bottom, and you could tell cleanliness and comfort are a top priority. What truly made my stay unforgettable, though, was the incredible hospitality. GM Amy Grunwald went above and beyond to make me feel like family, not just a guest, which is something you rarely experience these days. Kay at the front desk was equally amazing—so polite, helpful, and genuinely kind every time I saw her. This team sets the gold standard for customer service, and I can honestly say I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and outstanding service all in one place!

My wife and I stay at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites on a semi-regular basis to visit family in the area. We are repeat guests because we truly enjoy staying at this hotel and the location is great for us (close to family, plenty of shopping options, running trails nearby, and fairly easy to drive into Milwaukee if we want). ||I'm not sure when this hotel was built, but it feels fairly new. The rooms and common areas are very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the rates are reasonable which make this hotel a great value for us (our IHG status certainly helps, too). It's also quiet which we appreciate very much. ||But the best part for us is always the staff. From the general manager to the front desk staff to the housekeeping department to the nice lady who handles the daily breakfast

Had a great stay thanks to Deswan! Had an issue with someone staying in the room upstairs from us being loud, jumping and screaming after 10:30pm. Called the desk and Deswan listened to my issue, apologized and offered to go ask the guests to keep it down. Not only that, he called our room back later to follow up and see if it was better. He then told me to call back if it became an issue again. It did and I called Deswan and not only was he apologetic and sympathetic with us he came upstairs minutes later with a key for a different room on the top floor so we wouldn’t be bothered. I’ve stayed at lots of hotels and I’ve never been treated better when bringing up an issue as Deswan did. His customer service skills are amazing and I thank him greatly for making our stay a positive one! I wou

We stayed at this location for a quick weekend get away and we were very pleased with our stay. Amy at the front desk was a pleasure to work with. She made sure all of our needs were met and was extremely knowledgeable of the area. The property was very nicely appointed and the room was perfect. All areas of the hotel were clean and fresh. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very nice and helpful. The property is conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. I will definitely add this property to my favorite properties, and recommend it to anyone traveling to the Brookfield area.

I'm leaving today but it's been a good stay. I'm eating my breakfast before checking out. Biscuits and sausage gravy, what we call house potatoes, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, blueberry yogurt, and cranberry and apple juices. My room was clean and I'm happy to report that they have full-size pillows, not those small ones that are useless. The location isn't the greatest if you don't have a rental (our your own) car, but most people do. I'm here for a week for a conference so I didn't have one. Overall, I recommend this location if you're traveling through the west side of Milwaukee. Amy at the front desk was always super helpful!
