My experience at Extended Stay - Brookfield has been excellent. The front desk staff has been wonderful - each person at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful each time that I see them. I really appreciate that the rooms have a kitchenette in them. The front desk staff provided me with dishes, silverware, a toaster, cooking utensils, etc. so I was able to make my own meals here at the room and not have to do a bunch of fast food. The property is very nice and has a really nice green space area for when the dogs need to go potty. The room I am in was exceptionally clean when I arrived - even the exhaust fan over the stove area is immaculate. I've been calling this location home for over a year and have not regretted a second of it. The management is kind and compassionate, being so willing to help as I've gone through 2 surgeries since I've been here. The staff - EVERYONE from desk to cleaning have been ANGELS. I never feel like I'm bothering them, they are always so thoughtful and willing to help. ||The hotel itself is clean, spacious, has lots of places for storage. They provide everything you could need to cook and make yourself comfortable. It's also located in the middle of EVERYTHING. If you're looking for a wonderful place to stay (for a little or a long!) this is where you want to be.||And bring your dog. ♥

I recently moved from Florida back to WI. While looking for a permanent place to call home, I stayed long term with my son and Frenchie at ESA in Brookfield. The environment is very nice. The room was very large and cozy for us. The entire staff was so amazing and welcoming. I have to give a shout out to Emily the manager!! She is so kind, very personable and bubbly!!! Always a smile even on the toughest days. Lorena is also one of the nicest and friendly faces to encounter!! Our stay wouldn’t have been amazing without Rae (whom my Frenchie absolutely loves) Matt, Tina, Noel and Christina. It truly was a home away from home!! Besides the wonderful staff, ESA Brookfield is in a PRIME location! Lots of shopping and food options to choose from and within 10 mins of downtown. I would recommend
