Poor Check-In Experience and Room Issues I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. At check-in, the front desk associate took over 30 minutes to complete my check-in. I had reserved a king room based on availability, but instead I was assigned a room with two queen beds without explanation. I am a regular guest at Marriott properties across the United States, and this experience did not meet the standards I am accustomed to. Additionally, the towels in the room were yellowed and did not appear clean. There was also no shampoo or body lotion provided in the room. This morning, I left briefly to get breakfast and go to the store. When I returned about 35 minutes later, housekeeping had already stripped my bed and started cleaning the room despite the “Do Not Disturb”

Nice hotel and good beds. However, the pool is completely unusable. It says it is heated but it is not. It's the coldest pool we've ever been in. My son and I last a few minutes before his lips turn blue and we have to exit. We have stayed here 3x over the course of the past 1-2 years and have had a same experience each time.

He is the epitome of professionalism: reliable, upbeat, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. His positive attitude and consistency set the tone for the entire property. As a local business owner, I truly value employees who take pride in their work — and Jeffrey is exactly that. He’s the kind of team member every company dreams of having. The hotel should absolutely recognize him as a candidate for Employee of the Month and consider him for a well-deserved bonus. While this may not be the fanciest hotel in town, the service quality more than makes up

Very nice and quiet room. Good breakfast. They should set square tables at an angle of 45º (not parallel side by side) to create more walking space. Plenty of parking space (Parking shared with Holiday Inn). Great location.
