Sheraton Dallas Hotel by the Galleria

The staff at this location was so kind and Amazing. After checking in I had a room issue and I was moved to another room which was an upgrade and very nice and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again. Give them all a raise.

This hotel was nice. It needed a few updates. The ceiling was leaking in the lobby. The sink in the bathroom of our room was slow draining. But the staff at this hotel is awesome. The girls that checked us in were fantastic, so friendly and helpful. Their friendliness made it easy to overlook the little inconveniences of it not being a brand new hotel. We ate at the restaurant downstairs for dinner because the ice was so bad and we did not want to drive. The food was really good and the staff was once again awesome. Our family would definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe — never again. During our stay, our car was broken into and over $1,000 worth of personal belongings were stolen from our car in the hotel parking lot. We were parked at the very front of the lot, facing the highway, in what should have been a visible, high-traffic area. There are no gates or controlled access whatsoever, despite guests paying $30 per day per car to a third-party parking company. The response from hotel staff was shocking. They refused to help, would not review surveillance unless a police officer was present. When asked to speak to a manager, we were told there was not one on location at that time. This was on a Friday around 4pm. When police arrived, they informed us that car break-ins happen OFTEN at this location and that the hotel

Y’all don’t sleep on this Sheraton if you are in the Dallas area this is a place to stay. All the staff that we met were super nice. The place was very clean. You constantly saw people cleaning. The breakfast is amazing. The front desk lady was so friendly one of the best hotel states we have had in a long time

This hotel was a breath of fresh air. Seemless check in process even at 2:30 in the morning Guest Services was bright and personable Even accommodated us with a high floor request Beds were made every day of the 4 days we were here even when we woke up late one day at 1:30pm they got in there and made the beds after we left. I WAS IMPRESSED. The breakfast buffet was wholesome and room service was quick and fast
