Sacramento River RV Park

We've had a great experience staying at the Sacramento RV Park. The park is clean, well-maintained, and feels very safe, all while being reasonably priced compared to many other places in the area. It’s also very dog-friendly, with a dedicated dog park and nice walking trails throughout the property, which made it even better for those traveling with pets. A special shoutout to Donna and Ruth at the front desk, they have been incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole check-in process smooth and welcoming. Their kindness really stood out and made our stay even better. Definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for a comfortable, pet-friendly, and affordable place to stay

very nice rv campground, full hookups, easy to drive around. The only minor issue is that accross the river is a lumber mill that runs 24/7. While not very loud, its still noisy when you're trying to sleep.

I do NOT recommend Sacramento River RV Park. I made my reservation in March 2025 for a trip in July of the same year. I asked for a spot near the river. I was told that was not guaranteed but was given the numbers of several spots. I booked three nights and paid my deposit. Fast forward to July and check in. First thing out of the office staff's mouth was needed my credit card. I showed her the circled spots on the map I had had for months. I was told those spots were taken as people could reserve spots on line. I told her NO ONE had shared that with me in March. She said it has only been available for a few months. Since most of the spots are for full time residents, there are not many overnight guests - we could have been contacted and told about reserving on line.

Stayed here for a year never had any problems. Bathrooms are very clean. Plenty of washers and dryers. Office people were very nice and helpful.

Bathrooms were clean and the site we got was level with no issues from the hookups. It can be a little noisy at night with the train that comes though on the other side of the river though. It’s at the end of the street which is nice. There’s a place to take your dogs which is nice
