Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Redding

I’d recommend this place! It’s super close to I-5, which makes it a breeze to hop on and off the freeway when you’re on a road trip. We had a 2 queen bed suite with a sofa and two TVs. The room was clean, and the beds were comfy. The breakfast was good—a quick buffet style, and the service was even better. Robin was the sweetest and most accommodating breakfast person ever! Thanks Robin!

Fairly average property for the brand. |Pros: ample parking, close in on-ramp/off-ramp for the highway. Quiet, semi-industrial neighborhood. Clean facility, nicely decorated for the season.||Cons: internet TV didn’t work and desk-staff were unable to troubleshoot (kudos to them|For trying). This; no Netflix. ||Requested a room in side opposite the freeway - nice and quiet, but meant we had to take a down grade in room type. King room was on smallish side.||Overall not a bad stay, likely to try other properties next time.

Positive: The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Negative: Ran out of pillows but offered a comforter instead. We made it work.

Came in and the process went by real smooth. The whole hotel looked cute specially the little lobby area. Nora in the front desk was very nice and super helpful. We asked for a good place nearby for lunch and she recommended us a nice little deli. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever back in town.

Pretty decent hotel. Next to the freeway, so try to get a room on the entrance side. Good hotel for the price. There is an awesome ice cream store across the street. Bit of a drive to downtown Redding. Room was OK and the AC was not too loud.
