Americana Modern Hotel

We’ve stayed here now 10 times. It’s a perfect mid-point spot road tripping from Seattle to LA/Palm Springs. It’s dog friendly, they even have a cute welcome area with dog bags, treats, and photos of past pup customers. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and have all of the essentials (WiFi, cable tv, AC). The staff is very welcoming! There are a few restaurants in walking distance. It’s a great reliable hotel, if you need a quick overnight.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! The front desk staff member was so kind and had amazing customer service skills. They had free water bottles and granola bars which was great! I have never been to a hotel that offered free water bottles. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable with really soft sheets. We really enjoyed staying here. The atmosphere was quiet even though there were many guests we didn’t hear a thing! Th staff was very kind to our dogs and the dogs slept soundly through the night. Very relaxing environment and we appreciated the floors were wood. It felt very clean.

The Americana Modern Hotel is a great choice for an overnight stop in Redding! The staff is very polite and friendly! Your needs are their concerns and they are quick to help. The hotel is extremely clean, very comfortable beds, nice towels, simple but cute rooms, well lit secure parking, offers free water, pet supplies (bags and treats), and fresh brewed local coffee in the morning besides the room having a Keirig in the room. This stay was our third one and each time the stay was great and does not disappoint! Also there are lots of restaurants nearby! I would highly recommend this hotel!

So nice to have a room with three large beds since us three ladies were traveling together. Room was clean and comfortable. Sad that the propane was out so we unfortunately didn't get to spend as much time on the lovely patio, but these things happen. A couple of notes for the manager - would suggest adding a couple of mirrors - maybe one above the desk and one near the TV as this room can handle a lot of people and having the only mirror in the bathroom is less convenient. A shelf under the sink would be a nice touch also and maybe another art work picture or two but overall these were just nice to haves. The lobby area was cute and comfortable with lots of freebies including water, coffee, tea and snacks! The external style, colors and murals were inviting! The staff super friendly
