Royal Motel

The lady on the phone who does customer service has a filthy mouth and horrible attitude. She needs to be fired she’s bad for the business if you want customers to come. She should stay home if she doesn’t want to work instead of cursing and arguing with customers who ask questions.

So as for the hotel itself it wasn’t very clear not a hotel I would choose unless I didn’t have a choice but the front desk lady was so kind and amazing very helpful she was a Spanish lady I think her name was mariles something with Mari. I tried to tip her too but she claimed they didn’t do tip. But as for the rooms wouldn’t really recommend unless you have no choice

If u like being covered in bed bug bites when u leave then this is your spot. I counted, I have 57 bed bug bites on me that I can see, my neck my butt, my back, my hips, my elbows, my hands, everywhere. And then I took my clothes off and searched thru and found two small ones in my clothes the after i left. I'm so uncomfortable I can't even sleep or stop scratching. I'm so angry and the room was 100 dollars plus tax never stay here

The people at the front desk are very disrespectful all around ! When they called to notify me of check out she (the lady at the front desk) said I had all the days I was there to pack my things and get out. Furthermore the place isn’t even up to code. If I could give them 0 stars I would!

If you need privacy this is a good spot you'd pass by the place without knowing coming down 1+9. Prices are pretty good for the area. Rooms aren't new but the cleaning staff are on point. Not a bug in sight.
