Was honestly surprised since I've been to Final Score, the room was clean and pretty well insulated against sound. Manager was super friendly. I liked this place, will definitely consider staying here next time.

This was by far the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. The room was unsafe and unsanitary from the start: • Cockroach infestation: I actually had cockroaches crawling on me at night while I was trying to sleep. That alone made the stay unbearable and disgusting. • Unhygienic conditions: There were multiple bugs throughout the room, including in the bathroom and near the bed. • Serious safety hazards: Exposed electrical wiring and broken switches left uncovered made the room dangerous. • Neglect and poor maintenance: Everything felt dirty, worn down, and ignored by management. No guest should ever have to endure this. It’s unacceptable for any hotel to operate in these conditions. I left feeling disgusted, unsafe, and completely dissatisfied.

Positive: Bathrooms were atleast modernized a bit, the light up mirror was helpful for getting ready Negative: Asked for non-smoking, reeked of cigarettes, had a cigarette burn on the sheets, and 2 ashtrays, found roaches, and the shower was moldy

Although the room was generally clean, we found either a scary blood or chocolate stain on the bedspread and wouldn't have stayed based on our initial impression. We decided to stick it out because of the close proximity to the music venue where we attended a concert. The staff never fixed the broken toilet seat like they promised.|There was an abandoned vehicle in the parking lot, a flat tire elsewhere along the curb, random bags of trash on the sidewalk, overflowing trash in all bins, and the water in the pool was green. The eating area in the lobby also had many unopened supply boxes piled up in disarray. The owners could improve the overall appearance of this place with some simple maintenance and cleaning. It's too bad they don't do the basics to spruce it up a bit.

Affordable hotel. The guy there is nice. I enjoy the free coffee. We're from iowa and this place is not to high in price.
