Staybridge Suites Bentonville - Rogers by IHG

I honestly wish I could give this hotel more than five stars. I recently stayed here for about 2 and a half weeks and it was one of the best hotel stays I have ever experienced. The hotel was immaculately cleaned down to vacuuming under the couch cushions. Hallways were dusted and vacuumed, and the staff kept our room perfectly clean anytime we requested it. The meals were some of the best I have ever had at a hotel. The evening social meals, I call them meals instead of appetizers, because I easily got full off of every single one. I was also pleasantly surprised that during the entire stay, there wasn't a single repeat in the social meal menu. It was nice to try a variety of foods. They were all delicious. This hotel is very comfortable and homey. You are welcomed by excellent staff to a clean room, spacious room. Most staff is very responsive and communicative when needs arise. Do not hesitate to reach out to ensure your stay is amazing. Carlos is very welcoming, charming and the life of the conversation. He could turn (almost) anyone's frown upside down! What a great person to meet. Mrs. Nichole, Mrs. Karri, Mr. Steve, Garrett and Nathaniel were always very prompt to serve and ensure that our stay was going as smoothly as possible. Mrs. Yesenia in the kitchen and Mrs. Jessica in room service were especially great with how they interact with everyone and elevate the comfortable feel of the place. Fantastic Stay for a Mountain Biking Trip! My friend and I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites Bentonville Rogers for a mountain biking trip, and we had an absolutely excellent experience. This hotel is perfectly set up for an active visitor. The staff was fantastic—always friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We really appreciated the evening receptions, which were a nice way to wind down and grab a bite without having to venture out every night along with having the outdoor grills available! It made cooking our own meals easy and convenient after long days on the trails. I also used the fitness center several times and found it clean, well-maintained, and great for getting in a quick workout. Overall, the Staybridge Suites provided a comfortable, clean

“We checked in to our room (415) on Friday, October 17, 2025. We were exhausted after a full day of travel and an evening at dinner with our daughter. As we were sitting in our bed, watching TV, my wife noticed something jumping on our sheets. She quickly grabbed it and squished it with her nails. We looked at it. It was a flea. We initially thought GROSS, but let’s check the bed and see if we can find any others. We checked and found nothing at the time. So, we put the flea carcass on the nightstand and went on to watching our game. I found the next flea and killed it. We decided we’d ask the hotel for a different room because of fleas.||We called the front desk, told them our experience and horror, and they apologized and said they would switch our room but had to make some phone calls.

I was pleasantly surprised at the condition of this hotel. It has been recently renovated and it absolutely beautiful. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was the TV choices and no sleep timer available. I would reccommend this hotel and would stay again if I'm ever in the area. Staff was excellent. Unfortuneatly I didn't get to eat breakfast the next morning because we had to leave before it was served.
