Hyatt House Bentonville / Rogers

The thermostat in the room didn't go above 69°F but it was stupid cold outside. The bed was high (but I'm only 4'11") but super comfortable, the shower was nice & hot with excellent water pressure. The breakfast was delicious! Which I never say about any hotel, but quietly of mentioning. The staff was really friendly also. Will definitely recommend.

Positive: Location and cleanliness. Negative: Humidity level in the room was a little high. Everything had a "wet" feel to it even when I would turn the AC down to 67.

Enjoyed my stay very much. The room was clean and spacious, an excellent value for the money. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in the area!

The room had no hot water. We had to get moved to another room with a broken wall thermostat. Apparently maintenance is not a priority here. The hot tub did not work. The indoor pool was ice cold as was the room it was in. The front desk clerk had nothing to say when I told her about it. The sheets on the bed were torn and the chair was purchased at the goodwill. The breakfast was terrible. They think over cooked tater tots is a breakfast item. No pancakes or waffles. French toast sticks, the frozen kind. The sausage was overcooked. I tried to toast bread but the toaster is so small it only holds an English muffin. They had English muffins but no bagels. The only fruit offered was an orange. Do not stay in this hotel. Not worth the money.
