Absolutely top-notch stay. The hotel was amazing — super clean, great atmosphere, and just overall good vibes from the moment you walk in. You can tell they take pride in every detail. The staff was first class across the board. Everyone was professional, friendly, and on point. The valet service especially stood out — they somehow had my truck sitting out front before I even asked for it. That level of attention and awareness is rare, and it made the whole experience feel effortless. Everything about the stay was smooth and enjoyable. The only thing I didn’t get to do was try the steakhouse on the top floor — and that’s officially on the to-do list for next time. If it’s anything like the rest of the hotel, I can only imagine how good it is. Looking forward to coming back.

Wonderful hotel. Stayed on backside which overlooked a small park-like area, very quiet. Nice amenities, great shower. The closet is lighted and contains a nice size safe. There is also a Nespresso machine. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioning was whisper quiet. There is a smart tv with the most popular streaming apps. All the staff we encountered gave excellent service, from valet to front desk. They don't have a full service breakfast restaurant, but there is a small cafe serving coffee and pastries. And there are several other coffee and bakery shops nearby. |We were there for a combination anniversary/birthday celebration and had dinner at the rooftop restaurant, Oak Steakhouse. Ella did an amazing job during our stay. She was super helpful when I was with my family and made sure we were able to sit at Oak Steakhouse, which we really appreciated. She also made sure my room was prioritized for cleaning, especially since I would leave early and come back early. Every time I came back, everything was ready and taken care of. She was kind, attentive, and made our stay so much easier. I will always come back just for the service. Awesome experience thanks to her.

I rarely write reviews but Hotel Avail deserves 5 stars . From check in to dinner everyone was so sweet. My fiancé had planned a surprised proposal for me and I’m grateful that the staff got to be a part of it. Everyone was in on it and I had absolutely no clue which made everything more bittersweet. Regardless of how dinner was , Aaron our waiter made sure to attend to us in a timely manner. Me and my fiancé will for sure make Hotel Avail our special stay each year. 🫶🏻
