Tru by Hilton Rogers Bentonville

Have started here a few times in town to see family. The rooms are great, customer service is 4 out of t stars. There's a late night staffer who was new and just seemed to not like her job. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of options. The lobby is really cool. Convenient parking. Plenty of food options near by as well.

Great location that was close to everything we wanted to experience, the staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean! The room was comfortable too. The only tweak I would make is more healthy options for breakfast like sugar free yogurt or berries for fruit. Also the lighting in the room was very harsh and bright not exactly the most ambient. But overall we enjoyed our stay so much!

This hotel is the newest and best hotel in the area. The whole staff is great and it is a very clean property. Also they had free breakfast and pool in lobby. Close to all major food places and Walmart offices. I will definitely be staying here anytime I am in Bentonville/Rogers!

Alyssa, the front-end manager at Tru by Hilton, truly made our stay memorable. She greeted us warmly and was always smiling and full of positive energy. She went out of her way to put the World Series game on the TV in the lobby and even joked with us, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. Alyssa mentioned she hopes to become a General Manager one day and I have no doubt she’ll achieve that. Her attitude and customer service are exceptional.
