Embassy Suites Northwest Arkansas - Hotel, Spa & Convention Center

We had over 250 guests stay and enjoy themselves for an entire week. It was an unforgettable and sales kick off event. The food, the service, the rooms, and the meeting space are world class. We all loved our stay and had an amazing time. Every employee was a delight to have at our service. For example, Christopher at the front desk treated everyone like a VIP with cold waters, help with snacks and late night drinks. There wasn’t a second of the day or night we didn’t get treated like royalty. Even my daughter’s lovey got treated like a princess. What a treat 😎

Stayed here one night while in town for a concert across the street, and the location couldn't have been better. It was just a quick walk to the amphitheater and close to plenty of food and shopping options. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. My room was spacious and comfortable overall, but it did have a strange odor and some crumbs on the floor. There was also a could of small maintenance issues, including the shower handle coming loose.||My biggest gripe was with all the extra charges. Before I even arrived, I received emails offering paid early check-in and paid room upgrades, and late check-out also came at an extra fee. Parking was another $15 per night. Unprofessional. Smells of an high school locker room! Front desk staff Missing front teeth. Security!! Blue hair and not one Not two but three nose rings. Rooms are sub par Beds are well just a bed. Showers well….. they have water. And left over hair. Toilet has marks in it that look like what was a plumbing snake. They let people be loud and crazy. And don’t complain about!!!! You will be made the bad person! Unprofessional staff! Got accused of stealing wine. While showing new guest where the self service fridge is Fridge isn’t restocked! I had to show that I paid for the wine on my Amex app. Not where you should stay if you are paying for a luxury hotel. They are not the only hotel in town !!! Our family had a good time here, Embassy suites is always the best for family, comfortable big suite rooms, free breakfast and evening reception with 2 free drinks per person. Love the fountain and waterfalls in the lobby. Friendly staff and beautiful hotel.
