Residence Inn by Marriott Bentonville Rogers

The staff at this hotel was amazing every single time we had to speak with anyone. They booked our hotel room last minute due to an issue with the airbnb we had prior to going to this hotel. We ended up staying here the whole week instead of looking for a different Airbnb. Their rooms are like little apartments. They offered a really good breakfast every single morning. Loved this place! We will be returning in the future and recommending to anyone. Thank you Residence Inn by Marriott Bonvoy!!

We stayed at the Residence Inn in Rogers, Arkansas. The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. One evening around 8pm, I tried to have coffee and my friend wanted tea. The coffee was only lukewarm, and the hot water for tea was actually cold. That was a little disappointing. We also had a small issue with the TV, but it was fixed quickly, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a good stay, just wish the coffee and tea service was better.

Positive: It was a room we needed. But it did not excel at anything. The bathroom was really small but it works. The water pressure and heat was good. Negative: The beds are uncomfortable. Bathroom was small. The breakfast was hot but not good. The coffee constantly ran out and the staff was ultra slow to do anythign at all anywhere.

I had the most Wonderful stay ever! I slept Great and was warm. plenty of hot water. breakfast was very tasty. scrambled eggs sausage was yummy. I loved the coffee. they have the most beautiful laundry room. plenty of washers and dryers. carts they sell laundry soaps ect. sodas snacks. I had the room with the kitchen. if you need extra space pick that room its section is very quiet and peaceful. I must say that the staff is so kind and helpful. They truly care about their visitors. I will gladly return to this Hotel.

Excellent experience from the convenience of its location to the nice accommodations that the hotel offers, but what really stood out was the staff. Specifically the front desk person (Beth) who was incredibly hospitable and welcoming. It’s becoming less common for the interactions to feel authentic or warm, but hers did, and it was appreciated!
