The office door was secured around the clock, which is quite convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly, making the check-in process a breeze. However, the parking lot was in poor condition. Our room key was malfunctioning, and we needed assistance from the staff to get it open. I even cut my finger on the inside door handle, so exercise caution. The room itself was relatively clean and had a tolerable smell. Unfortunately, the air conditioner was extremely noisy and didn't function very well. The shower was unstable and appeared as though it could collapse at any moment. The beds were old and sagging spring mattresses, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep. You truly get what you pay for.

When we arrived at our room there were men drinking and using some type of drug. We had to ask them to move so we could park and then get into our room. When we spoke to the person at the front desk we were advised that's what people do here. We left because if that's what people do there we worried as to who else is staying around us and the safety for our vehicles and ourselves. Do not recommend at all. Staff truly don't care.

The receptionist was very nice, the room was clean and neat. Good location for my route. Didn’t really care for the breakfast go bag, which had a bottle of water, a granola bar, and an applesauce instead of a continental breakfast bar.

Arrived at the hotel and men were drinking and also appeared to be high outside of our room. We had to ask them to move so we could get in our door. When we spike to the man at the front desk on the night of October 3rd we were told that's what people do there. There's absolutely no refunds even for safety reasons. We left because we were worried about who all was staying there especially if that's what people do there and staff don't care.

While I was waiting in my truck to check into a hotel, a sign indicated that check-in would not begin until 3:00 p.m. A staff member approached me and said I could check in early. During the process, he asked, “It’s not with Chime, right?” I replied that I do have a Chime account but would use a card from a traditional bank instead. He then stated that “people like you with multiple bank cards charge back our hotel,” and insisted I pay a $300 cash security deposit. This individual’s behavior was discriminatory and unprofessional. He made biased assumptions about me based on my banking choice and identity, effectively denying fair treatment.
