The evening employee was quite kind as I checked in with my medical service dog. Morning checkout was far from kind. My service dog tends to bark sometimes at hotels, usually when he hears something going on outside our door. As I went to shower this morning (April 15), I heard him bark twice. Rather than allow that to continue I called him to the very small shower/toilet room so he would bark no more at what he perceived to be intruders. I took my overnight bag out to my car, but when I tried to get back in my room, the keys wouldn't work. I panicked. I had opened the window just a bit so I told him to wait till while I walked as fast as I could to get the keys fixed. A woman, who I think was the owner, chastised me for having a dog. She was rude and judgemental. She asked for his certif

Bed bugs!!!!!||Next day I had no less than 30 bites including an eyelid swollen shut from bites on my eyelid. I have never been so grossed out, I haven't been able to sleep since, convinced I brought the darn things home with me.||I reached out to the hotel manager with no response and Choice Hotels offered me a nights stay for the trouble. Wow.

When I first walked in the room there was a roach running on the wall when we cut the lights on. Then I went to the bathroom, planning to use it, and there were several roaches in the tub. I went to the leasing office and was told there was nothing they could;d do and didn't have roach spray. I was then told I could check out early without penalty. No one charges an early check out fee. There were no other rooms available, I was told they were sold out. So I was very dissatisfied with the reply. When I returned to my room, I pulled the covers back and the bed skirt was very dirty as if it had never been washed. Convenient. Very old motel with bare bones .— no iron/ironing board, no hair dryer. We have used 30,000 points at Comfort Inns, definitely thought 30,000 points was way too much for this place. I wouldn’t have stayed here for my work trip had I done my due diligence. The motel/inn needs to be renovated and have a makeover. Overall the beds are too lumpy and the space is dirty. Didn’t even want to sit at the desk because the chair was all rough and ragged. No hot breakfast as there’s only granola, coffee and plastic wrapped donuts. I do like on the opposite side it was Quality Inn as they’re both under the Choice Hotels brand. The Quality Inn lobby was cozy.
