Horrible owners. Worst place to stay. Do not go there bugs infested leaks, shower nasty,rude customers service, place need be call on

Unfortunately I paid for the room before I looked at it. As soon as I opened the door, the stench of stale cigarette smoke with an undertone of dog feces hit me in the face. The pillows and top sheet smelled of human sweat. The bathroom tiles had mold imbedded in grout. The walls were peeling, an old mop and broom were laying against the wall. Checked for bedbugs and saw filth under mattress. Everything in there was probably there since Nixon was in office. The window was broke so another piece of broken glass was put over it with painters tape. The whole outside was littered with thrash, cigarette butts, etc. The health department must be on the take. Was dead tired at 3 AM so I slept on top of bedspread and was out of there by 9AM after a delousing in the shower.

Owner /manager has the personality of a rattlesnake . what staff I encountered (2) were very difficult to communicate with very sour attitudes. Room was filthy bathroom was disgusting, wifi was week and in and out. Parking lot and grounds were littered and mostly ignored by staff. My service dog SASSY was not welcome and charged me extra for her. Although I am a disabled senior I was not allowed a lower level room and had to struggle with stairs . Very dissatisfied and angry at my treatment here. NEVER AGAIN!!!! NEEDS TO CLOSE DOORS.

We needed a cheap hotel to stop in overnight on a long road trip from IN to FL. This hotel was conveniently located. It was clean, affordable, and included all of the basics. Our concierge was very friendly and helpful and even upgraded our rooms for free. My only issue was that the hair dryer in my room didn’t work. Otherwise, it was a fine stay.

I found your receptionist to be very friendly and helpful. The room wad much bigger than expected. It was clean and everything worked.
