Comfort Suites Forsyth near I-75

The only good thing about our stay was it was easy to find right off the interstate. Problem1 bugs in the room and not clean Problem 2 water standing in tub and sink obviously a drainage issue. Problem 3 wanted to check out a day early and get a refund for the second night stay the front desk told me to call choice, did that choice says it is up to the manager to issue refunds or cancel. Problem 4 I have been a choice rewards member for years and my last stay with choice will be this stay. Customers satisfaction apparently is not a concern of choice no matter what their commercial says.

The employees were very nice and helpful. However, the bathroom was terrible. The sink took forever to drain. The shower handle was all wobbly and I could not get it to adjust properly to take a shower. It needed to be totally replaced. After a 10 plus hour drive, I really wanted a nice hot shower. I barely got washed.

We were traveling and booked this place while on the road. We checked in at around 10. The front desk person was very kind. We were on the second floor. When we walked in it smelled very clean. Overall it was clean but not perfect. But neither is my house. We had a suite. The couch was very firm. The king bed was very nice. Seemed like a newer memory foam mattress. ||The next morning we had a quick breakfast before jumping on the road. They had scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. Of course cereal, fruit and yogurt. ||It was a small selection but again for a quick over night stay we were pleased with the accommodations and the breakfast.

Started off with toilet not secured to floor, it would tip when getting up. Second bathroom towels had human fecus and body fluids on them. We brought it to front seat attention but due to no management nothing was able to be done. We got moved into a different room, with a bathtub with slow drain. When showering water would be 1-2 feet standing even once water was turned off. It was a nightmare but with out approval or management we weren't able to cancel or get partial refund on room cost. We went to Walmart and bought pillows and sheets for the night. We donated items when we left to continue our trip

Tara, at the front desk is a delight. She smiled, she was helpful, and she went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. She saved the day after a long day driving. I would come back again, to see her. The rest of the staff was great as well. I never give anyone 5 stars becauee I believe there is always room for improvement. But Tara is a real Georgia Peach. She gets all stars and some!
