Hampton Inn Forsyth

We were exhausted from a day of traveling on motorcycles and decided to book this hotel last minute. To our delight, they were incredibly accommodating. They allowed us to park under the covered entrance and quickly accommodated us in a room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with inviting beds. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was hot and delicious, featuring a wide variety of options.

Dirty room most things broken. I must have gotten the only dirty, broken room. Where to start, the remote was taped back together with duct tape. Now I love duct tape but not on my remote. The door lock had pry marks on it room 226. The toliet roll dispenser was glued/drywall puddyed to the wall? The chair in the room had narly stains on it, body fluids? And finally the wall thermostat was non functioning, if it doesn't work remove it. Honestly I stopped looking after the wall thermostat, won't be staying again.

I was disappointed with my experience at this hotel, considering it was rated #1 in Forsyth (at the time of my booking it), both in terms of the service and the room. The evening shift staff member checking me in seemed uninterested in being welcoming or helpful when I arrived, and I had to prompt him to provide the bare minimum of information that I'm usually provided when I check in (room number, breakfast time, location of the elevator). He even seemed reluctant to give me a physical key since I had checked in online and could a digital key. It was like I was interrupting something he was doing on his phone. ||The room itself seemed tired and uncared for. Dramatically chipped paint on the side table, rusty lamp, dirty/stained chair, and an old carpet that really needs a deep clean. The

The room was clean and the staff I encountered were friendly. The breakfast was good. The hot food wasn’t the same stuff everyday. Just use caution with the elevator that’s closer to the front desk (elevator 2) didn’t lineup with the floor (except for the 1st floor). It missed the other floors by around 2-3 inches. Also, the housekeeping is supposed to do a stay over clean every other day and the only “housekeeping service” I had was just a bag of towels sitting outside of my room. I didn’t even have my dog in the room, and I asked the front desk the night before to let the housekeeping staff I would be out of the room after 11:30 am so they can do what they had to do.

I had such a great stay at the Hampton Inn Forsyth! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I actually met Pinky, the supervisor, in the elevator—she was so kind and accommodating, which really made my day. My room was super clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a nice variety of options. The hotel was quiet, relaxing, and in a great location. Overall, an awesome experience—I’ll definitely stay here again!
