The room was not clean and upon checking the bed had mold on the sheets. They offered no service or any kinda discount to accommodate for the matter. The tv had no clear signal, the ice machine was broken. The outlets didn’t work as every time we plugged in our chargers the cords would fall outta the socket. It was pet friendly but the grounds were very filthy our pet didn’t even wanna use the restroom outside as she held her bladder till we went to a much cleaner area. This was a temporary stay but was a very horrible experience

It is a great value for money. Close to charlotte city center and the airport. My biggest issue is bathroom faucets. I have stayed in different non smoking king rooms and the tub faucets work differently in each of them and need to be understood and wrangled to make it work. Otherwise the rooms are clean. The parking lot is well lit and close to food and gas. Check in and check out is very fast.

Very nasty. I’m disappointed that I wasted my money on what I thought was going to be a night to myself away from chaos at home, turned out to be a disaster. I didn’t expect it to be the ritz Carlton but I expected it to be decent, I mean, you know clean at least but it’s like no one even tried. I couldn’t even take a shower, there was dirt & hair in the shower & the toilet was dirty. “ bring your own cleaning supplies “ should be included when booking. It was blood on the wall near the light switch before you go into the bathroom from whoever stayed there last & honestly, you could just tell that there was no attempt on cleaning, the only thing that seemed to be touched was the bed. I was really disgusted. I didn’t get a good nights rest at all. But never again, lesson learned.

Positive: "" Negative: Dirty, felt unsafe. We did not stay the night. I immediately booked another hotel as the night went on and we could hear riff raff outside hotel.

Rooms are ran down there’s roaches in the rooms microwaves don’t work they won’t give you fresh towels Upon request. They said they only give out towels on Mondays and Thursdays. I stayed from Friday to Sunday so I wasn’t allowed fresh linen. I see the owner or someone replied to this review and said Front Desk had no idea of my complaint. They are lying. I was at the front desk, yelling and screaming because they would not give me fresh linen Front Desk was totally aware of my situation.
