⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a horrible experience with this hotel. I booked my room over a week in advance because I was traveling over 1,200 miles to spend the weekend with my children, whom I hadn’t seen since Christmas. While I was already on the road heading to the destination, the hotel canceled my reservation the same day with no real solution offered. Because of their cancellation, I was forced to scramble last minute and ended up having to pay double the price for another hotel just so I wouldn’t miss time with my kids. After such a long trip, the last thing anyone wants is the stress of suddenly not having a place to stay. Completely unacceptable customer service and extremely disappointing. If you rely on having a guaranteed reservation, I would not recommend staying here.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Beds were good and very clean. Very outdated. Our bathroom had no heat. So tile floor freezing. Great water pressure for shower. If you’re ok with Indian essential oils it’s ok. I have asthma so when you first get there it was overwhelming.

All though the room was very clean and comfortable there were several negative aspects. The tv remote didn’t work, the wi-fi didn’t work, the low fan speed on the heater didn’t work, the cold and hot water were reversed on the shower control, the house phone didn’t work,the security latch on the door was broken, the freezer section on the room refrigerator was completely clogged with frost buildup making it unusable, the toilet was the size you would find in a kindergarten bathroom as was the vanity making them very difficult to use

1) I arrived and asked at 2pm to check in early since I had a 430 casting call at Hershey. The guy there said no and called the manager, held the phone to my face to which the manager said I would be charged early if I wanted to be checked in this (2hr) early. To their credit, I arrived back at 330 and I was able to check in 30 mins early, but it wasn’t handled very well at 2. 2) the bed was very very firm with one of those cheap foldable metal box springs. I didn’t sleep well. 3) it go very hot at night because the AC unit is on the other side of the room and no air flow could be felt from the bed. 4) the controller for the tv remote was sticky. Gross. Bottom line, I stayed at an equally expensive hotel in the Econo Lodge in Harrisburg, and it was significantly more comfortable, with
