From the moment I stepped into this crazy establishment, I knew I was in for something special (and by special, I mean absolutely bonkers). Let's start with the amenities. Every room at the Riviera comes equipped with a fridge and microwave, which is great if you're into cooking up a storm while dodging the crispy critters that seem to have taken over the place. I'm talking about a full-on crispy critter infestation, folks! They were crawling under the bed, in the shower, and even in my suitcase. My husband and I rented a room for a week from this place. The first night we had already paid before we seen the room (mistake on our part) the room smelt so horrid we had to go out and buy candles and air freshener (which didn't even help). Then on the second night while talking a shower they completely shut off my watter saying we could only use so much. The third night I went to get fresh towels and they told me I was to wash their towels. I swear ever night was something different. The next night they shut the toilet water off on me and told me the next morning that we needed to turn off the water behind the toilet when we were not using it. I rate this place negative 10! Drove 2 hours from Salem, MA to find this dump to be the only place with a Room available. LITERALLY!! Pulling in parking lot should have been a reg flag but we proceeded anyhow. We Paid $100 took room key and off we went. Opened the door (Again should have been a sign to run as fast as we could) toilet had burn marks all over it from junkies cooking their drugs, the floors were disgusting, the bed had a single sheet for coverage (never even got into it) I Immediately started looking for bugs. I opened mini fridge (didn't work and stunk) one bug ran OMFG thennn I opened one draw and the bed bugs scattered 🤮🤢 instantly went right back to office asked for money back and the guy plead how sorry he was and gave us a full refund and we ran all the way home to RI a

This place is so good the manager there left me eat food there at there house.
