Hi-Vu Motor Inn

All the rooms are wicked nasty and they smell bad the cottages are no better graffiti on the walls, heater/AC works half the time and I'm pretty sure they don't clean. It looks like hell and I'm pretty sure the maid is lazy and just make the beds with our changing the bedding.. NASTY NASTY ! The older gentleman that works in the office is always so nice & accommodating, but the lady is very mean and rude! I won't ever stay there again because of her!

The room is just that, a Room with a tiny kitchen area! Shockingly they had a little stove that worked & a microwave. The "fridge" was tiny as tiny could get & if ur lucky you might be able to fit 1 20oz soda in the "freezer" The bathroom was insane! The shower curtain was dirty & gross & someone wrote on the bathroom mirror "remember the sink is broken" in white something that can't be cleaned off! And they were correct the sink was broken

Lemme put it this way, when we came to our room, there was bloodstains on the walls that they don't bother to clean, from addicts shooting up. Don't walk barefoot on the carpet, or you'll get black feet, or worse, the tip of a hypodermic needle stuck in your heel. (I'm not even exaggerating, my husband had this happen.) The sheets are all stained and have burn holes, all the rooms smell like stale smoke, even in the "nicer", newer building, these are the problems. The furniture and walls are vandalized and left that way. The windowpane in the room was shattered (the inner layer, the outer was intact). Our cottage had a foul odor and I found a broken hypodermic needle embedded in the rug while I was cleaning.

Overall the Hi-Vu Motor Inn is an average at best Inn/Motel. When I was a guest at the Hi-Vu for a 2 night stay in February of 2020. I came to realize after returning from a fun day of winter activities on the 2nd night of my stay, that! Ready for this? There was no house keeping service. I needed clean towels. I headed to the office to exchange the towels I used the previous night for clean ones. I mentioned to the owner that house keeping never came by while I was out for the day. And asked to exchange my dirty towels for some clean ones. I was rudely told no, that they dont offer clean towels. The carpets of the cabin I stayed in had cig burns and was filthy.
