Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rochester by IHG

We recently used Holiday Inn Express & Suites for our wedding and it was a great experience. They were professional and kind, the block prices were very affordable and the rooms were very clean. The breakfast was very good and they had a TON of options. The location is unbeatable. The only thing that was bothersome, was that it took a while to get email responses from their Manager Joyce which was frustrating at times when planning, but every time we spoke with her, she made up for it by being knowledgable, kind, and professional. We even used their shuttle bus to get some of the guests to our venue for a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend them for a wedding room block or even just a hotel stay. Thank you!!

Booked this Holiday Inn for my friends wedding nearby, great place to stay. Room was super clean, service was overall good nothing special but good. Hotel was right across an outlet where there are some restaurants, stores, Walmart so that was convenient as well if I needed to buy some stuff like toothpaste, shampoo, etc... Would recommend this hotel if you are staying in this area. Close to highway too if you need to leave on short notice. Hotel breakfast was just eh but every hotel breakfast for the most part is just eh.

Last minute booking as we were tired of driving and it was getting dark. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Easy location with a Mexican food restaurant right next door as well as a convenience store all walking distance. Hot breakfast included

Positive: The size of the room was great and the pillows and bed were very comfortable.The breakfast selection was very nice. Negative: You can hear hallway noise and outside traffic.

Carlton provided exceptional service, I have never walked into a hotel in my life and felt as welcomed and comfortable as he made my co-worker and I feel. This guy deserves a raise, A1 customer service. Rooms are clean and cozy, would recommend!
