Greenwood Inn

I stayed there one night and had a not so perfect experience, the staff was very accommodating, and happily took care of me the next time I was there, and it was fine.

Having suddenly lost everything I owned, I was placed here with my daughter. It's definitely been my home away from home. There are small holes in the sheets but those are things I can look past. The staff is unbelievably nice and accommodating all the time. I've seen cops here twice, and neither time was for a crime. I've noticed very, very obscure possible drug deals and I only know they are happening because unfortunately, I've been around them most of my life. If you want high class, go to holiday inn. If you want laid back, fun and homey, come here. The less judgemental you are, the better. Management works tirelessly to make it safe. They even have a book of people who can't stay there. She can only knocks them out one at a time! Also, I live in room 1. I agree it's an amazing room.

Extremely nice staff, clean rooms and quiet, very inexpensive and close by grocery and convenience stores and plenty of places to eat

Dirty rooms , mold on box spring and tub ,moldy smell . Door doesn't close with kicking it close then fight the door to get out. No shampoo in the bathtub no iron we stayed there because everything was taken we had to bury our dad. I would never recommend this place too bad could of been a nice place if kept up The office is a sure tell of the hell we were walking into.

Please accept your initial expectations. I stayed here for a couple of days while trying to meet up with a much older friend. I was house hunting near the coast and chose a place that seemed safe but not too inquisitive about noises, or goings on. Internet is dodgy, so never got in touch with him. Was extremely impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality. Might make it back to Rochester some day.
