It is worth the hike to see the beautiful lake. The lake is about 2 miles from the parking lot. You have to go uphill a bit near Artist Point, but most of the hike is pretty easy and level. We saw a lot of chipmunks and squirrels along the way, a garter snake, blue heron and ospreys fishing on the lake, frogs, trout, and a bunch of other birds. A really cool little hike you can easily do in half a day.
Nice hike to here. You start uphill with great views of the canyon and then through the forest you reach the camping at ribbon lake. The lake is small but quiet and peaceful.
Muy buen trail hasta el Ribbon Lake. No requiere demasiada exigencia física dado que en su mayoría es llano pero si tiene secciones estrechas al borde del cañón. Se pueden observar varios tipos de ardillas por el camino.
