Rest Inn Fort Smith

READ THIS BEFORE YOUR STAY!!!! I am 30 years old and this is by far the most disgusting room I have ever been in in my entire life, TBH I've had a run with drugs in my life and I've been in some bad rooms. If this room was offered as a homeless shelter to people for $0 it would be illegal and inhabitable. I literally threw away the clothes that I was wearing for the 2 hours that I sat in this room just to eliminate the chance of any insects/diseases coming back with me to my home. I was only there for 2 hours and I averaged killing one roach per hour 👍 The laundry room is a massive pile of clothes sitting on the floor that they pull from. The fact that these rooms are getting sold to people is mind-blowing. There are roaches, bed bugs, dog paw prints on the bedding (so they were clearl

Positive: Location, friendly staff Negative: Very grimy, "clean" vs no its never really clean. Sliding window didn't lock on this first-floor room. Sketchy people behaving oddly in the parking lot. Didn't feel safe.

I stayed for 2 days, I asked for a non smoking 2 bed. I paid $142 for 2 nights. Swimming pool was not cleaned out, and house keeping does a sucky job cleaning.. But loveeeed morning breakfast and front desk lady from night shift is supper sweet! I liked how comfy the bed was, didn't like how my room was upstairs with a lot of construction men. but overall, very average hotel. I also LOVED how Wal-Mart supercenter, Mexican rest, Gas station were all so close!!!!

Start by saying this 0-10 This place was absolutely disgusting!! From the moment we walked in for our stay the Lobby was nasty and old and smelt like dust. The carpets were dirty. It was late so we gave it a go anyway.. wrong idea…we get to our room finally after walking down a hallway of DUST and dirt everywhere you could imagine. Make it to our room just to find out… Our bed was dirty like it had not been washed the room had dust hanging from the ceiling and of course the TV did not work… after not getting any sleep unfortunately I get up to shower to try to get some of the filth off of me and walk into a shower with urine stains all over it once again dust hanging from the ceiling, shower curtains completely stained.. so we decided to GO. Clean comfortable inn. Great for short or long stays. $70 a night is affordable. Staff was welcoming and very nice. Pet friendly.
