Residence Inn by Marriott Lexington Keeneland/Airport

The hot tub was great, the pool was too cold to use in January even tho inside. The room was clean and even had pots and pans for cooking. The staff was friendly and super accommodating even helping me grab a quick breakfast at 430 am, well before its served. The times listed on the website did not match the hotel, things were open much longer.

Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The pillows were flat and need replacement and the towels are very scratchy. Free breakfast was ok but it's the same offerings everyday so if you are here for multiple days, it gets old. Didn't like that the outside door near our room was often keyed open.....what kind of security is that? Location was good.

Our family of 4 spent a crisp, fall weekend in Lexington and thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Residence Inn! We were so impressed with all the scrumptious breakfast choices and the spacious, clean accommodations here! Also, the pool, hot tub, ball court and fire pit were such nice additions to enjoy without ever leaving the property! All staff were wonderfully professional and friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome! Honestly believe this may be the best hotel experience I've had in a very long time! Even given a free upgrade to a larger room at check-in- WOW! Outstanding suites! Thank you to Residence Inn for the great stay and we hope to return soon!

Stayed here recently for a work trip. I definitely got an upgrade, I had two bedrooms AND two bathrooms. Unfortunately I was only there for 10 hours so I didn’t get to take advantage of the full room but it was great nonetheless. Some minor cosmetic issues but I imagine the property it’s kinda old, it was still nice. They have an AWESOME running loop around the hotel. I ran the furthest I’ve ever ran in my life, it was great. The front desk was helpful, I needed to leave my bag during the day and they were totally cool about it.

Nice hotel. Staff were very nice besides one middle-aged man at the front desk. We were extremely friendly, but had a minor mishap with our booking. The man treated us like we were young children, and was extremely disrespectful from the get go. The conversation went from a minor mishap to, “I do not care to cancel your booking”, all while we were still extremely respectful. My partner and I both work in the service industry, and the whole interaction was just shocking. The next day we approached him again to check out, and tell him to have a nice day. He scoffed as we left. Besides that, the other staff were very friendly and amazing.
