Residence Inn by Marriott Kingston

I loved it from the start! I stay at hotelier often for weekend trips, work trips, out of town family & this one was definitely better! The girl at the desk was lovely. The decor is modern, open/spacious. Our room is clean and spacious, the shower is huge the body wash smells amazing! The breakfast was one of the best continentals I’ve had. It had your regular eggs/bacon/sausage but they also had ham, egg & cheese croissant sandwiches. Spinach and Swiss mini quiches. Fresh fruit which I’ve rarely seen along with every topping you could think of with yogurt. Waffle maker, whipped cream etc. I will definitely be back as a Staten Island ❤️

The hotel quality, service, experience was great! The way the front desk agent take care of our check in was professional, fast, sensitive on our request, we stay there 2 times, the second one because of the way the staff is! D'Mariah is a great part of your team and we are going to come back any time we are near Kingston!

I stayed for a month at Marriott for a lovely stay with wonderful staff. Joseph, in particular, was extremely helpful with my day-to-day activities and other needs. He is very kind, hardworking, and supportive, along with the rest of the team. The hotel itself is absolutely amazing. I truly enjoyed my stay.

I can’t say enough to praise this Residence Inn. Modern, clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast room staff was attentive and efficient. I’ve been avoiding Marriott properties since 2021, owing to a number of awful experiences with a decline of Marriott properties, after being a Marriott rewards member and frequent guest around the country for 25 years. This Residence Inn goes a long way to restoring my confidence in Marriott, although a bit pricey on a fall weekend.
