Stayed here Thursday Oct 30th 2025 and checked out SundayNovember 2 2025. |On Friday Oct 31st 2025 we go to our 2015 Mercedes GLK250 and find the window behind the drivers's window in the rear passengers door shattered and knockedout.||Apparently vandals or thieves vandalized and or attempted to STEAL our Mercedes.||Associate at front desk who works weekdays said "WE never have had ANY problems in the parking lot". This was a BOLD FACE LIE right to my face.||When I filed the POLICE REPORT with the Woodland's police and sheriff's dept|the deputy said "There has been trouble at this property in the last few weeks and in the past.||The deputy also noted there are NO CAMERAS outside recording ANYTHING.||Marriot HAD ethics. I stayed at this hotel with my family, including two autistic children under the age of 10. Unfortunately, our experience with the front desk staff was disappointing. The front desk attendant, Patty, was rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional during our interaction. Upon arrival, she instructed my nephew to take my children outside while I parked because they were being “too loud.” This was particularly upsetting, as my children are autistic and have sensory and communication challenges. Notably, this was the second interaction we had with her, and her demeanor was completely different when I initially checked in. In addition, we did not receive housekeeping services during our stay. extremely expensive for 3* hotel, everything is very simple and breakfast is quite bad besides there was repair works on-going in the hotel!! and the room rate includes breakfast for 4 person and hotel does not give an option to get the room without breakfast, eg if you stay 1 then you keep paying breakfast for 4 .. in the room there is only 1 bed and sofa.. and it is not new property.. other negative issue is, the windows are locked and not allow to open them! shortly, they are selling simple road motel type as 3*.. there is even no reception!!!

I had a sleepover for my daughter here. It was perfect. We had the two bedrooms so the girls had their own space. Love this place! Clean and recently updated.

This is my go to hotel in The Woodlands, even more so since it has been refurbished. I spend a lot of time away from home as a solo business traveller and don’t always want to eat out, so the kitchen concept is excellent if you just want a simple meal. The idea of a ‘home from home’ works well. Staff are friendly and actually recognise me from previous stays. I am already booked for my next two stays.
