Homewood Suites by Hilton Houston-Woodlands

This is a good location, near many great restaurants and venues. The staff is friendly. The hotel and rooms are in desperate need of upgrades. I didn’t realize they allowed pets. Along with pets allowed there is carpet everywhere. Although there are non smoking signs , the halls and rooms are musty and smell like smoke. There was mold on the back of the bathroom door and on the ceiling. They have tried to mask the odors with perfume sprays throughout the halls and our room. There was hair in the tub and I had to pick some grey gel off of the bedspread. We bought Lysol air spray and wipes to clean the room ourselves. So we left it better than we found it. The shower curtains are too short so it is hard to keep water off the floor. There were good shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

old apartment turned into motel with Hotel prices. Worse stay in a hilton ever. Furniture is old. carpet is visibly torn. Bathroom tub pealing in various places. Door paint on every door in hallway pealing.|I was afraid to sit on couches. Carpet needs to be removed. Silver member and was offered nothing upon arrival. Fridge makes loud noises.|Convenient location of mall. Not feel safe as you can see space in door opening. Old .type locks

very simple hotel with ＞150 usd day and it absolutely ot worth such money.. and it was dirty.. the shower was dirty.. the rest is ok

Front desk was very polite. However i checked in way early and got there at like 15:30 and my chosen and designated room was not ready even though I was told to select that specific room. Immediate bad impression. Update. Both of my keys now do not work . My digital key does not work . And last night I tried to buy a bottle of water and the guy could not give me a receipt because his computer was that backed up. This absolutely undoubtedly makes me not ever want to go to hilton ever again. This has been an absolutely terrible experience and its literally day 2 of my 7 day stay.

Great stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton – The Woodlands. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast had good variety and the location is excellent—close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.
