Best Western Plus The Woodlands

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The staff was professional and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Breakfast was fresh with good variety. Excellent location near shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very cozy bed and everything I needed for a pleasant stay. I also appreciated how convenient the location is—close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads. Breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good variety and fresh options.

Our stay here wasn't bad overall but the rooms are very dated and desperately need a facelift. The carpet must have been replaced because it was in good shape but the rooms are at the point where they need to be gutted and updated. The breakfast was much better than we've experienced at other hotels. Be sure to ask for a room on the back of the hotel because it sits right next to I-45 and the road noise is horrible in the rooms up front.

While I normally don't leave reviews, I felt I needed to this time. The lady at the front desk was kind, no issue there. But, I went down about 11pm our first night with the complaint of ants in my bathroom. I was offered ant spray, but decided just to move rooms. When we first moved, there were no issues, but I noticed we have ants in this bathroom as well. Not sure how that's possible on the 4th floor, but here we are. I chose this hotel because we stayed here a year ago and had no issues like this at all, and I've been slightly disappointed this round, considering we used reward points to stay here. Hopefully this issue is fixed soon.

Really nice hotel! Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. Breakfast was good and the hotel felt safe and well kept. No complaints at all—would recommend to friends and family.
