Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas by the Galleria

Front Desk (Hillary) provides OUTSTADINDING customer service! She went above and beyond to assist me upon arrival when I realized I left my wallet at the Dallas Renaissance 3hrs south. Can't say enough about the entire team here. The Sunday front desk lady even offered to use her own credit card so I could launder my clothes since the machine only took credit (which I kindly declined) Who does that in 2025? The caring front desk agents at this hotel that's who!!! There are still good people in this world and three of them work here. Great ambassadors for the brand ladies! KUDOS!

Great hotel with excellent service! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff made me feel welcome right away. The bartender jonathan was super friendly and fun! He also makes amazing drinks. Really added a personal touch to my visit. . Close proximity (walking distance) to the Galleria mall. Highly recommend!

Overall the experience was amazing. The hotel staff were more than friendly and understanding. They are willing to work with you and make your stay the best it can be. The rooms feel like a home away from home with a fill kitchen and large bathroom. The design of the room is unique in that it doesnt necessarily feel like a normal hotel room. It feels more like a nice studio apartment. I had an amazing stay and look forward to staying again sometime!

Jonathan at the bar was amazing! The 30% off of wine was a great deal and the bonvoy member charcuterie board was a nice surprise. When you spend a lot of time away from home it felt very comfy. Thank you Jonathan for your warm hospitality! You are amazing .

This property really needs to get its act together when it comes to elite recognition and communication. They operate one service desk for both the Residence Inn and the AC Hotel, but the staff clearly hasn’t been trained on the different brand policies. As a Titanium Elite guest staying 6 nights at the Residence Inn, I was told at check-in that I would receive a 10$ market coupon for each day. On the 3rd day, another associate told me it wasn’t $10, but instead one free market item per night. Fine until checkout, when I was suddenly informed that it was only a one-time free market item at check-in. That’s three different stories in less than a week.
