Residence Inn by Marriott Baltimore Owings Mills

I love the location the rooms are beautiful, nice and clean the staff isn't that friendly. We tried to get food from the bar area three different times and the kitchen was closed, each night it was closed at a different time. The last night of our stay (night 4) was opened, and the food was pretty good. The lady working that night was nice. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family overall it was a nice stay.

I stayed in this property and I had a very bad experience in your rooms. I had to switch room twice on Thursday October 2, 2025 because the first room in the first floor had the residue smell of cigarettes and weed. The second room I switched to the second floor was horrible, very poor quality air because the ventilation ducts were extremely dirty. The third room was in the fourth floor and it was ok until I woke up the morning of Friday October 3, 2025. There were nasty bugs near the sofa and in the sink. See attachments for reference. Now I have to wash all my clean clothes from my luggage and duffle bag because of the bugs all over the room. I would not recommend anyone to stay in this property. Horrible experience with the rooms. There are way better properties in the area.

The property is clean and well-maintained. At check-in Cliff made a great first impression with his warm and friendly demeanor. The room was spacious and laid out very well. The bed was comfortable and the night was quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Check-out was efficient. This hotel is a good value.

Stayed in a one bedroom suite, the room was nice for the most part. Location of the hotel was good, wasn’t too far from the city or restaurants around. The cleaning services could be improved upon. Rooms were being cleaned 1 every week because of Covid.Cleaners missed my room a few time while I was there. I think now that things are opening up, the hotel can up the cleaning services to maybe 2x per week. Overall it was a decent stay

We stayed in the two queen bed studio. It was spacious and well appointed. The parking, the hospitality, the room, even the breakfast were first rate. Highly recommend this one.
