Hilton Garden Inn Baltimore/Owings Mills

During my first stay at this property, I was initially surprised by the décor from the elevator through the hallway and into the room, as it did not reflect the top-tier Hilton experience I am accustomed to. However, the in-room jacuzzi was enjoyable and ultimately overshadowed my initial concerns, which led me to book a return stay this past weekend specifically for that feature. Unfortunately, my second visit was very disappointing. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room that was not properly cleaned. By the time I entered the room, my son had already brought in our belongings, and I was extremely exhausted. I sprayed the bedding and laid down, only to later notice hair throughout the bathroom, including on the walls and in the shower. At that point, it felt too late to address the issue w

I want to sincerely thank Dalton for going above and beyond to assist me in getting a room at the Hilton after a very poor experience at a nearby Holiday Inn. Even with system issues happening at the hotel, Dalton remained patient, professional, and determined to help, which made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I also want to recognize Georgia for her hospitality and kindness. After discovering a leak in my room on Monday morning following the snowstorm, both Dalton and Georgia handled the situation with care, empathy, and professionalism. They made sure I was taken care of and truly made me feel welcomed despite the unexpected circumstances. Situations like these really highlight the difference exceptional staff can make. Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to meeting our needs. Negative: The charge for breakfast was too high in my opinion. Most hotels offer free breakfast, but this Hilton was not one of them.

This was an ok place to stay. Decently clean, breakfast was good the first day. No cook the second day. Staff was nice, location was good.

This place has cockroaches! We stayed here for my parents anniversary and after a 9 hour drive in snowy weather, we were looking forward to some rest. You can imagine our dismay when my wife came out of the shower to see roaches in our bathroom! I ran downstairs and told the front desk clerk. She was very kind and had us move rooms to another on the 5th floor. We thought the roaches debacle was behind us but boy were we mistaken. More roaches waiting for us in the other room! We discovered the second bunch of roaches around 11pm so we had to wake our sleeping infant, pack up his pack and play and then go get a room at the Marriott. This place needs some fumigation. Staff is incredibly friendly but this was brutal. Never again.
