Nice refurbished suite hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms. We had an issue with plumbing and the staff was very accommodating and resolved the issue with expediency. Parking is catch as catch can and a tow hitch cover went missing from my car the first night there. Again, staff was on the case and were very helpful being the issue has not been resolved. My only issue is the number of parking spaces and the lighting (or lack thereof) in the parking areas away from the main entrance. Central location, clean rooms with amenities, need better lighting in the parking area. Outside of the light deficiency in the parking grounds this place is well recommended.

Unfortunately, during the stay, bugs were discovered in the room, which made the accommodations unsanitary and uncomfortable. I immediately reported the issue to Alicia at the front desk. Alicia personally came to the room, witnessed the issue herself, and took photos. I also have photos documenting the condition. Due to this issue, my parents were unable to comfortably remain in the room. As they are disabled, relocating far from the property was not a practical option. I asked Alicia whether there were any nearby alternatives, but I was informed that the hotel was sold out. As a result, my parents were forced to remain in an unsanitary room. This experience did not meet reasonable cleanliness standards or the level of customer satisfaction associated with the Hilton brand. Nothing was

I booked this trip for an office visit for one of my clients. It snowed the night before and the event was moved. I cancelled before the cutoff - 1/19 at 12am. I was then charged the full amount of the stay with no warning. When I called the hotel, I was told the cancellation window is 5 days before the stay and there is nothing they could do. I was directed to Hilton support who also could not do anything as the hotel was not flexible on their policy. Save yourself the headache, this hotel baited me in with free cancellation and switched at the last minute. Do not stay here.

Positive: I liked the fact that the hotel was clean and offered a few amenities. Negative: I wanted to extend my stay at this hotel. I was told by the clerk at the front desk to extend I would be charged again for incidentals (which is $---) along with the charge for the room. As a result I declined.

I had the pleasure staying at this hotel a few days ago while my home piping was being replaced. Aside from the comfortable room and hotel in general, the service at this hotel was extremely impressive. Thank you so much to Lyle, he was extremely accommodating and helpful during my stay. Hopefully my home doesn’t give me any issues with the piping in the future , lol, but if it does I will happily stay at this hotel again and will recommend this location to friends and family members who may come to visit Maryland / owings mills in the future.
