Marriott Owings Mills Metro Centre

I was traveling for work, and the stay was lovely from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean. All of the staff I interacted with from the front desk, to cleaning staff, to the hotel restaurant staff were accommodating and pleasant. The room itself was immaculate, and I liked that you had to have a key to access the upper floors. On my first day there, I was delivered a complimentary snack tray with fresh fruit and sparkling water, which was very unexpected, I've never gotten than in any of the hotels I stay in and I travel frequently for work. The Starbucks right in the lobby was a huge bonus, I got stuck in the room one of the days due to the weather, and having a Starbucks and full restaurant and bar made it much more bearable. The hotel was very beautiful. The bar and restaurant were comfortable but the drinks were very overpriced.The hotel accommodated an early check in without a charge which was a bonus. They did charge a $200 fee - which will be returned to my account, but I was not expecting that charge.

Did not stay in the jotel, but had drinks at the bar in The Tillery. A nice, casual place to hang out and enjoy drinks with friends. Nice, friendly atmosphere. It was my birthday so they treated me with a complimentary dessert. The bar staff were friendly and attentive and the drinks were excellent.

We stayed at the Marriott Owings Mills Metro Center for two nights while my wife had surgery in Timonium. First, the hotel is really nice. The M Club is huge! Breakfast in the club was basic but good - pancakes, eggs, potatoes, oatmeal, fruit (and some sort of sausage too). There is a restaurant onsite as well, plus a few restaurants in the shopping area nearby. The staff were super nice to us! She-ron and Joshua worked out an upgrade that extended across two reservations, got us extra pillows, loaned us a wheelchair, and comp’d some appetizers at the restaurant after we got back very late from the surgery. I highly recommend staying here if you are going to be in the area! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

This property is great for any special occasions. Beautiful lobby, restaurant was fancy, the M Club lounge is a delightful place to be in for work zoom meetings. There is a good selection of coffee, tea, espresso, lattes, etc. I am giving this property a 4 star because the breakfast buffet and light snacks in the afternoon are the same type of food you would find a in a lower tier Marriott such as the Fairfield Inn and Springhill Suites. I did not find any of the food in the M Club Lounge appetizing so I opted in to eat at The Tillery restaurant. The M Club lounge does not have the right size lids for the cups and the orange juice from the Tillery restaurant is not freshly squeezed. The restaurant serves Tropicana juice for their Orange juice and this is quite a disappointment coming from
