Residence Inn by Marriott Albany Washington Avenue

Overall amazing hotel! I knew the breakfast was going to be good because of the previous reviews, but I didn’t expect it to be THIS good! I usually avoid hotel breakfasts when everything is so carb and sugar heavy, but not here! I was able to have a low carb eggs, bacon, guacamole and even nuts and seeds! The pool and gym are very well maintained, I was able to do some laps in the pool in peace and quiet, it was empty! Lastly, the staff were super nice and accommodating, they agreed to a later checkout (1pm) which helped us avoid the nasty weather for the last leg of our drive. Thank you so much Marriott and have a great 2026, hopefully we’ll be back!

We booked hotel blocks for our wedding guests and had a phenomenal experience working with our sales coordinator Kayla! She was very responsive when we had questions and proactive in making sure we were able to meet our booking minimum. She was so thoughtful and really went the extra mile in making sure our guests had everything they needed. The location was convenient to our venue and we got great feedback from everyone who stayed here. Thank you!!

From the moment I checked in to checking out the experience was great. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The room was spacious and impeccable. The bed and pillows were as expected, comfortable. I did check out the fitness room - it has what is needed for a good workout. The breakfast buffet has something for anyone, was clean, well stocked and fresh. This location is across from Walmarts and other stores for immediate needs, making it perfect for me.

I had a really nice couple of days here for work. The hotel was quiet, the rooms were big and I especially enjoyed the local coffee option at breakfast.

Super convenient location. Fabulous breakfast daily. Clean, comfortable, very nice. Staff was pleasant and friendly. Did whatever they could to make us comfortable. We were there for a month, felt like home. Better even with housekeeping! Able to have groceries delivered to the door. Amazing kitchen set up, even had a garbage disposal. Pretty much a worry free visit. Highly recommend.
