Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown Hotel

The Renaissance Saint Elm Dallas Downtown is a beautiful hotel with so much character. The lobby and décor are stunning, and the rooms have a unique charm you don’t find in most modern hotels. One of the coolest touches is that every room comes with a record player, and there is a huge vinyl library downstairs to choose from, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We were placed in a handicap accessible room, which included additional bars and accessibility features. We were not informed of this ahead of time, but the room was still amazing, spacious, comfortable, and full of personality. The only minor downside was the lighter water pressure, but given the age of the building, it is understandable. Everything was wonderful, from check-in to check out. Lily at the front desk was fantastic and looked into ensuring we were able to get our room early because we got there well before the 3 PM check-in time. We had brunch at the Toussaint restaurant and Brandon was an awesome server, complete with fantastic local coffee shop recommendations. The double room was very spacious and they have really cute record player and albums you can choose from.

The cleanliness, atmosphere, and value were all wonderful. However, they don’t compare to the amazing service we received from the moment we walked through the door. Tom at the front desk is personable, humorous, and patient. He takes the time to learn names and build a relationship with the guests. Absolutely will be staying here again, and 100% makes up for the lack of parking.

The property was perfectly situated for my visit, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Kara, our bartender, was absolutely amazing. We spent time with friends in the beautiful lobby in an intimate group setting, and Kara's attentiveness was truly unparalleled. She was outstanding. We | will definitely be back.

Positive: Security and front desk was friendly Negative: Checked in to 3 different rooms due to Issues with the rooms. 1 had no hot water in the shower and the other had electronics issues. Finally got to our 3 rd room and the phone didn?t work so I couldn?t even call front desk.
