Renaissance Dallas Hotel

I had a 3 day business conference at this hotel. Overall it was ok, but I did have one team member that made it amazing, and that was Debra from the Member's Lounge. She did an amazing job of taking care of everyone and making them (and me) feel special and welcomed. I wanted to make sure she was recognized! The rest of the property was not nearly as good. I had issues with the hot water in my suite everyday I was there. The hot water would shutoff multiple times during a shower. I spoke with staff everyday, and even showed videos and exact times of the issue and they still couldn't fix it. I got a whopping 20k in points for my inconvenience which isn't even enough to get a free room at a Fairfield! The conference food was okay, and our big closing dinner was ruined by the catering staff c

I am disabled and the team made sure that became family to have a great experience from opening the door to the event to closing the door to go home. There always expectations that are not met but you see a culture that understand customer service for the quality of the place and it gives the hotel’s brand the professional experience. The people make to make an impact through each weather experience gives them full service to walk away and not take for granted. But they is what great valet service does. It make their life easier.

From the reception staff to the bar staff plus the room, amenities, parking, and location, this hotel is excellent. Destiny and the rest of the reception staff made me feel like family. Chris and Rosie at the bar were exceptional hosts. The prices at the Asador were reasonable with good serving sizes. I appreciated the toiletries and nice hot water in the shower. The hotel is beautiful with great amenities, but the staff was exceptional. Great job, Renaissance! I really enjoyed my stay.

The restaurant was open early& late and incredibly welcoming, which made such a difference after a long day. The staff was beyond accommodating and genuinely kind from start to finish. The barista made me a specialty cappuccino that was bold, flavorful, and crafted to perfection — truly one of the best I’ve had. The rooms were spotless and impeccable, earning five stars for both comfort and luxury. Bathroom was giving luxury spa vibes! On our last night, we ended the evening with an after-dinner decaf cappuccino, once again made flawlessly. To top it off, our waiter surprised us with boxes of truffles, serving us with such class and warmth. I highly recommend this coffee and dining experience to both visitors and locals alike. An exceptional stay all around.

Positive: Rooms were clean. Desk assistants were friendly as well as the outside door man. Negative: Hassled for entry during event hours going on next door.No microwave or mini refrig. Guess we don't liners for trash anymoreNo vending on same floor.
