The worst hotel in Charlotte nc the owners don't know the difference between something dirty and clean iron hit me with so many lice in that place

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I am in a wheelchair and the guy at the front desk refused to give us a first floor room. I'll definitely be researching who to report him to.

For the price, the room was a good bargain. The pictures on the website are very outdated, but the room is tolerable. It's nice to have an option to sleep and not break bank to do it. "Basics" are offered and the shower is clean and hot. ||||My non smoking room was obviously a smoking room at some point (Burn marks on the covers and wall as well as overpowering cigarette smell. As an ex smoker, I find the smell of cigarettes nauseating. I purchased air fresheners and enjoyed a hassle free stay for 2 nights. I am considering staying an extra night since it was such a great price. ||||Expect a 40 dollar room, and you will not be disappointed. For the price you pay you really can’t get much better than this. Rooms are average but what do you expect for less than 90$ a room? Clerks are friendly, most anything you need is in walking distance and everything else is just a short walk to the light rail and then a quick ride to your destination. The hotel also has great neighbors staying around you. Some are very entrepreneurial- men trying to sell me anything I might need and women offering to keep me company in exchange for me helping them out with a few dollars. Every now and then you can catch the occasional jerry springer drama right outside your window( and that’s free of charge ). Sometimes the locals in the surrounding homes and apartments like to play with fireworks at all different hours of the night- thankfully it’s only on

Trash complete Trash...It Should be shut down. NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR CHARLOTTE. Customer Service Terrible, Bedbugs,Sheet not changed,there was dirt stains in the Bed, Cigarette burned comforters. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH A PENNY. I don't even want to give this dump 1 star. Throw the whole motel away Owners and workers included .
