Relax Inn - Batavia

It was disgusting. Full of hairs everywhere. Spiderwebs and spiders everywhere. Shower didn’t work. The office was close. We had to go to best western. The employee there didn’t know what to do. Took forever. We decided to leave.

THESE ROOMS ARE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!!!! The staff is super rude and will swear at you and then cuss you off the property. The location of the hotel is decent. Rooms smell like damp basement and feces . Also, there was a nasty film on the bathroom mirror and the mini fridge has stains inside. The carpet looks like it has absolutely never been vacuumed.

Found this place online, needed a room for a night with my family as my grandson was having surgery. Found the room with a nasty cigarette smell the minute I opened the door. Bathroom not cleaned at all. Toilet dirty...mirror covered with water spots with a film on it. The coffee pot was dirty and on the bathroom sink area that was also dirty. Not vacuumed. Checked the sheets and pillow cases to make sure they were clean. Good thing I brought my own cleaning supplies. Nothing like the pictures shown on their website. Not recommended.

The location was convenient, but the room itself was filthy… The bathtub ,the sink, the floors, the mini fridge you name it it was all filthy.. when we got there, we tried to check in with the lobby and you can’t just walk in. You have to ring a bell and wait for somebody to allow you in. The lobby itself was filthy. Looked like it has not been swept or cleaned or maintained for a long time, overall no hotels should be kept in this poor condition. There is stains all over the bedspread. There was writing on the lampshades which inevitably kids will do what they do. I’m not faulting that, but I don’t recommend this hotel in my personal opinion. All I need is a clean room with clean sheets and towels and that's exactly what I got so I was happy. Safe, very well lit parking lot, quiet and relaxing. Very basic motel. Great if you are on a tight budget or only need to stay a night or 2.
