Regent Motel

If I could give zero stars, I would. We booked a room at the Regent Hotel during a layover, and it was an absolute nightmare. The place looks more like a crack house than a hotel. The bathroom was filthy, so bad that we didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower. The towels were stained and disgusting, and the entire room felt neglected and dilapidated. Honestly, we would’ve been better off changing clothes at the nearest gas station. I’m still at a loss for words. Avoid this place at all costs!

It’s very nice and clean great room service plus the house keeper is very nice and friendly the front desk is very clean and the office staff is very friendly and polite rooms is clean and the outside is clean

My stay was amazing due to the fact of a amazing house keeper with the same trust and last name as I had me and a friend enjoy her sprit so much that she would be one of the reason we would return that was in November I asked my friend if she was going to return with me and was sock to here the place had already went to hell so no thank now I don't know but that house keeper is no longer there she was told and the knew staff is not of our liking ......

Nice people running the motel, however this is an absolutely filthy motel. Walls, furniture, and floors were so dirty it was unbelievable. Repairs on walls, floors, and ceiling looked like the were done by someone lacking any knowledge of tile work or drywall repair. This place needs to discover lysol, ajax, and mr. clean fast. I recommend that anyone avoid this place unless you don't mind adverse conditions.
