Regency Inn & Suites

Booked for 4 nights through a third party. Was in the area for work and the job I was on ended early. The third party told me to speak to the hotel staff about a partial refund for the night's I wasn't staying for as they couldn't process any of that as stated in the confirmation email I received. Hotel staff told me to talk to the third party. 0 help has been given will not be staying at the hotel ever again for future work and I urge other individuals who are or will be in the area for work to avoid this hotel. If hotel staff end up being able to assist me I will gladly remove my review but until then I will make sure it stays up and I tell anyone heading that way for work to avoid it like the plague.

Positive: The hotel staff, very humble polite and kind. My check in time was 3 PM, but I reached at the hotel at 10 AM. The provide me the room with choices also. Negative: Only one thing which I want to suggest them is to put microwave dishes in the room.

Very friendly, clean, accommodating, COMFORTABLE beds and pillows. They give you 4 pillows for a king-size room 😍❤️. Coffee machine with good coffee in room and a blow dryer. Kleenex, shampoo, soap in rooms. We stay here every time we are on this side of town working. The property also has a washer and dryer (soap available for purchase if needed), an ice machine in addition to snacks, etc, at the office. Comfortable and safe place to stay.

Do Not Stay Here the rooms are dirty and infested with Roaches. Me and my family booked four rooms for a week and we had to leave at 11 pm all four rooms had roaches on the walls and floors lots of them. Centipede looking bugs were also crawling on the walls the guy from the office said it was because it had been raining. The front desk was rude and careless they came to the room to try and kill them by hand and didn't want to give us our money back. Mind you we hadn't even been in the room for 30 minutes. The beds were still made. Our kids were crying we sat in our cars to try and find another room and the front desk staff told us they would refund our money but we cant sit in their parking lot. This was just “econo lodge” a couple of months ago. They put us out because I was cleaning my own room and not allowing housekeeping to come in. I had my own broom and cleaning supplies. I only needed them for laundry. Completely discriminatory
