The front desk service was easily understandable and efficient. Nice person too. But the room, it wasn't so nice. Weird stains on the floor, which k cleaned up. Six Beer Can, Modelo or whatever, which I cleaned up. The bed was thankfully not...juiced on. But was still not made and unpresentable. Oh! And there are holes in the backroom door. All the way through see-through hotels by the way.

I know its a cheap hotel… but I never expected it to be this bad…|There was a shmeer of poop in the shower that we were able to wipe away with a towel. If that was missed when cleaning, god only knows what else was. |The wifi didnt work at all in our room. |We also paid a deposit of $25USD and we were told we could email to get our card refunded because we were leaving really early for the airport. I sent an email and havent heard back so I called. He said “i dont know who was working that night but theres nothing I can do” and I have now been hung up on multiple times.

The owner has his young son working the front speaking for him behind the counter. I booked online and my check in clearly said 1:00 PM. I arrive and go to the front desk and he tells me no it’s 3:00 PM. I say “well now I have to sit in the car for 2 hours”? And he says yes or it will be a 65$ FEE TO GO IN AT THAT CURRENT MOMENT. This place is horrible. Who does that to people? All about profit instead of treating their customers right. 65$ FEE? I booked the room for less than that. What a joke.

I stayed here a while they are charging almost 1400 a week for terrible service the housekeeper barely I mean barley cleans your room.. they never mop the floors the whole time I stayed there and most of the time the housekeeper tries to skip your room.. The place would be ok if they would properly clean your room and if they internet didn't go out every day... The biggest problem for me is the lazy housekeeping they are absolutely worthless she tries her best to finish your room in 30 seconds and is always rushing... Please hire a housekeeper that will actually do their job .. And please stop giving us guest dirty towels
